The COTRAL hearing protections are comfortable.

They are manufactured to measure based on mouldings of your employees' ears. These hearing protections take account of the morphology of each user.

For you, communication is a core concern. That is why the COTRAL hearing protections are equipped with an acoustic filter which attenuates noise without isolating your employees from their environment.

COTRAL Laboratory offers a wide attenuation range: 17 acoustic filters EC-certified (between 15 and 32 dB of attenuation according to the frequencies and models of hearing protections).

The hearing protections are determined for each of your employees using the SAPAN method. It defines the most appropriate filter/protection combination.

It includes:

• The noise exposure levels
• The constraints and particularities of the future wearer, particularly his/her need to communicate and/or hear his/her surroundings

Hygiene is also a crucial element in wearing the COTRAL customised hearing protections. Daily cleaning with Cleanil wipes avoids risks of irritation. The CLEANIL tablets, for their part, will dissolve the impurities accumulated inside the acoustic canal. Regular maintenance of the anti-noise protections ensures proper functioning of the acoustic filter and therefore communication.

The customised hearing protections are more economical than disposable earplugs. Indeed a disposable earplug only has a few hours' service life. Consequently, for one user, you will purchase around 2250 disposable earplugs over 5 years (at a rate of two pairs of disposable earplugs per day).
