The environment is a highly topical issue; COTRAL Laboratory are aware of this and offer you 100% biodegradable wipes. Furthermore, they are manufactured using a new technology that limits discharge of chlorine into the environment.

Advice on adapting to the COTRAL hearing protections

Allow the user time to adapt

During initial equipment, an adaptation period is necessary in order to get used to wearing the customized hearing protections. Indeed, it is recommended to use them gradually: 2 hours at the end of work over the first days followed by a gradual increase in wearing time. Two to three weeks are sufficient in order to fully adapt.

Discomfort that the user may experience in the first instance

During the first uses, some of your employees may feel concerned about:

• an effect of resonance in the head,
• an impression of walking around in a soundproofed chamber,
• ear discomfort,
• an impression of speaking too loud or not hearing the machines enough...

These sensations, which indicate a good seal of the protection in the ear, are transient and will fade over time.
