COTRAL hearing protection delivery kit

You have ordered COTRAL customised hearing protections; within 4 weeks, you will receive one package per user containing:

• the COTRAL hearing protections
• a storage case
  Washable and made of airtight and resistant polypropylene, it can be clipped on a belt or a pocket.
• The care products
  One CLEANIL PRO pack, tablets, CLEANIL wipes...
• a user's and maintenance guide
  

If you have ordered silicone hearing protections, you will also receive a heat-formed "coordinator's" box including:

• the impressions. They are treated so as to undergo no deformation over time, retain their volume and can be reused.
• the personalised guarantee card. It is affixed to the impression box.

A detailed list of the equipped individuals is enclosed with your parcel. You can also consult this list in your customer area.

The employees using hearing protections for the first time are systematically issued with a follow-up questionnaire (PDF - 67 Ko).  It allows you to make an assessment of wearing of the hearing protections after 3 weeks of use and ensure proper adaptation.
