Personal data

All the personal data provided to COTRAL Laboratory are processed according to the directives of French Law on protection of data, since they are kept in France and are protected against unauthorised processing by adequate technical measures. Your personal data are safe and are not disclosed to anyone outside COTRAL Laboratory. All your information is treated absolutely confidentially.

Processing of the nominative data is currently subject to a declaration to the CNIL (National Commission for Data Processing and Freedom) in accordance with the law on "Data Processing and Freedom" of 6th January 1978.

These data are collected by our prevention technicians during impression taking in order to identify the customised hearing protections* for each employee.

Information on data protection

We will communicate the data concerning your person to you if you wish. If incorrect information is saved in spite of our efforts to keep it up to date, we undertake to correct or delete it at your request.

Scope of application of the data processing declaration

This declaration applies to our entire website. Nevertheless, our site may contain links to other sites where this declaration is not applied.

Note on use of cookies

COTRAL Laboratory uses "cookies" to allow you to access your customer area. A cookie is a text file temporarily stored in the memory of your PC (session cookie). Cookies cannot run programs or introduce viruses on to your computer. They are assigned to you singly and can only be read by a web server from the domain that sent them to you.
